 
Playa del Rey is a beach community of the City of Los Angeles and home to one of LA county's largest remaining wetlands.
Playa Del Rey and Westchester are bordered by the Pacific Ocean to the west, Marina del Rey to the north, Playa Vista to the northeast, and El Segundo to the south. Playa del Rey sits just above sea level, beneath the Westchester bluffs.
Playa del Rey is located north of Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). From San Diego Freeway (405) exit Imperial Highway and go west. Where the road ends at Vista del Mar, turn right. Playa del Rey is located just beyond Dockweiler Beach.
